Lowell Magee, Principal

LowellLowell has provided consulting services to a wide array of businesses for over 20 years. Prior to consulting, Lowell held numerous positions in operations and support in a variety of industries and services. He focuses his efforts on key business applications such as Human Capital and Financial Management. He has successfully led over 50 projects from initial planning to full scale implementations of complex systems in both public and private sector environments. He is a certified project manager (PMP) and is a frequent lecturer on many topics surrounding implementation of systems and development of support services.

Andrew Koenigsberg, Principal

AndrewAndrew is a senior consultant with 20 years of extensive business process and project leadership experience in delivering successful projects in the areas of human capital management and payroll processing. Having exposure to multiple HCM service delivery models and software platforms has often put Andrew in the role of assisting his clients with the planning, selection and implementation of the right solutions necessary to meet his clients’ business requirements. He has a commanding knowledge of relevant implementation methodologies to utilize resources in the most efficient, streamlined and results-oriented manner. As a proactive proponent of the importance of effective teams, Andrew often serves as a coach to senior leadership. He has a strong ability to accomplish individual and team tasks to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
